You can not make changes yourself to any bookings online once they have been made.


Changes to bookings include:

  • If you want to cancel your booking
  • You want to change the booking details in some way
  • Your child is sick and can not attend
  • You are going to be away on the day you had planned to attend
  • If you are going to be late dropping the child off or picking them up


It is very important that you tell us if someone is going to be away - especially if they are normally picked up by us from their school.


The only way to change your booking is:


1. Email bookings@youthtown.org.nz with your change details (if the change is within 24 hours, don't email - please phone the Programme Site phone number)

2. To talk directly to the the Programme Coordinator or Supervisor at the site you are booked into

3. Or phone the Programme Site phone number and let them know that you want to make a change (especially if this is a late or unexpected change at short notice)


You will be asked to complete a "Change to Booking" form to ensure we have the correct details.

If making a change within 24 hours of the programme taking place, you must speak to a staff member and get confirmation that your child has been taken off the roll.
